Jason was trying out for the High school team and we wanted to do everything possible for him to reach his goal. The guidance provided by Ryan and team was unrivalled by any soccer provided that my son had ever worked with, they created a program that would develop my son’s skills to suit exactly what the High school coach was looking for. They provided a safe learning environment for Jason to shine in, every aspect of the course was designed for Jason to learn off the best and have fun whilst doing so. Needless to say he made the team, he came back a different player and my son said it was the coaches and players he had worked with that moved his game to the next level. I have had the pleasure to work with Ryan over the past two seasons. His knowledge of the game goes far beyond anything I have seen in the States. It's as if he could see what was about to develop before it happened on the field. He guided the girls through all aspects of their play, from formations that best suited our style of play to in game situations such as set pieces, corners and throws. My girls are only in their second season playing travel in the Mid New Jersey youth league, I know that were it not for Birchwood Soccer Schools advice we would have picked up some bad habits and wouldn't’t be playing in our flight right now. I would recommend the program to anybody looking to improve their game and have a whole heap of fun in the process. Our daughter attended the ‘Next Step’ program with Birchwood Soccer Schools during Spring break 2008. Her club offered training over this period but we felt like Jennifer needed something more. Ryan made us feel completely comfortable in sending our 12 year old daughter abroad for the first time. We had complete peace of mind in speaking to Jens chaperone Lindsey on a daily basis. We knew that no matter what time of the day it was Jennifer was in safe hands and was only a phone call away from speaking to her directly. The organization of the tour along with content was something that is simply not available in New Jersey. We are telling everybody on our team to join Jen next year. My son played select team soccer from the age of 10 to 18, he plays varsity for his college in Carolina. We realized that he was special and needed more than what his coach and agent was able to provide. We decided to send John on an 8 week program over the summer in preparation for the new season. He joined up with a professional team in England for pre season training. He quite simply couldn't have played at this high standard in the states. He was rubbing shoulders with soccer players we had seen on the Fox Soccer network. He was able to push himself harder and faster than ever before, the standard of soccer he experienced was simply incredible. My son plays in the PDL league here in the States,he wants nothing more than to play professional soccer. We sent him on a 3 week program designed on improving his position sense on the soccer field. The Birchwood team took Matt under their wing and was able to arrange team training with two English professional teams. When he returned home he was focused and had a renewed love of the sport. He was able to play in front of a crowd in excess of 1000 people. We received word from three separate scouts representing teams in England of their interest. He is returning for Spring break 09 for trials and god willing contract offer. Birchwood Soccer Schools gives American and Canadian soccer players the chance to get noticed by professional English soccer clubs. It’s an opportunity of a lifetime that they would never get playing at any level in the States, it also gives me the chance to recruit players that I never knew existed. I would recommend using Birchwood Soccer Schools if you are serious about your future in playing soccer professionally. Nobody in Arizona can give my daughter the opportunity that Birchwood Soccer Schools did. The training and more importantly the coverage Jane received when she was there is to me priceless. We would recommend working with Ryan to anybody serious about soccer. I know all the girls that participated in the High School scrimmages enjoyed themselves. It was a fantastic opportunity that they simply wouldn't have had if it wasn't for your program. We look forwards to greeting American girls next year.
